Our policy regarding tutoring:
Students are able to work with a tutor on a trial basis. Trials are not free and payment must be made before tutoring begins.
Students can try out a tutor for two hours and if they wish to stay with this tutor, we ask that payments be made for ten hours at a time.
The ten hour advanced payment is required and we'll charge a minimum of four hours per month.
For any tutoring appointment changes or cancellations, 24 hours advanced notice is required or an hour charge will be assessed.
